變頻冷水機

①管(guan)(guan)狀熔融(rong)晶體(ti)。在奧花(hua)坑機組的(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)設(she)計中(zhong),熔煉裝置一(yi)般采用(yong)異形(xing)管(guan)(guan)。當濃(nong)(nong)溶液(ye)在換熱(re)器內(nei)結(jie)晶時,濃(nong)(nong)溶液(ye)不能流入(ru)吸收(shou)器,發電機內(nei)液(ye)位上升。當液(ye)位上升到j型(xing)管(guan)(guan)出口時,高溫(wen)濃(nong)(nong)縮溶液(ye)將(jiang)(jiang)通過(guo)型(xing)管(guan)(guan)直接進入(ru)吸收(shou)塔,然后溶液(ye)泵(beng)將(jiang)(jiang)相對高溫(wen)的(de)(de)溶液(ye)通過(guo)換熱(re)器送到發電機。一(yi)般結(jie)晶不嚴重時,可采用(yong)j管(guan)(guan)溢流熔煉法(fa)自(zi)動恢復機組正常運行(xing)。

②結晶嚴重時,可考慮以下(xia)熔(rong)融玻璃步驟:

(1)關閉冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)排出閥(fa),打開冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)再(zai)生(sheng)閥(fa),引導冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)進入(ru)吸收塔。當冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)降到下(xia)限,水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)開始有潛(qian)在(zai)噪音時,停止制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)。

制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)的主要性能指(zhi)(zhi)標有工作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(對(dui)蒸(zheng)氣壓(ya)縮(suo)式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)為蒸(zheng)發(fa)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度和冷(leng)(leng)凝溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度,對(dui)氣體壓(ya)縮(suo)式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)和半導體制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)器為被冷(leng)(leng)物體的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度和冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)介質(zhi)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度),制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)量(liang)(制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)單(dan)位(wei)時(shi)間內從被冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)物體移(yi)去的熱量(liang))、功(gong)率或耗熱量(liang)、制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系數(衡量(liang)壓(ya)縮(suo)式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)經濟(ji)(ji)性的指(zhi)(zhi)標,指(zhi)(zhi)消(xiao)耗單(dan)位(wei)功(gong)所能得到(dao)(dao)的冷(leng)(leng)量(liang))以及熱力系數(衡量(liang)吸收式和蒸(zheng)汽(qi)噴(pen)射式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)經濟(ji)(ji)性的指(zhi)(zhi)標,指(zhi)(zhi)消(xiao)耗單(dan)位(wei)熱量(liang)所能得到(dao)(dao)的冷(leng)(leng)量(liang))

(2)停止冷卻塔風機,提高冷卻水入(ru)口溫度,減少冷卻水。

冷卻機基本組成:
冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器:在制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)過(guo)程中冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器起著(zhu)輸出熱(re)能并(bing)使制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)得(de)以(yi)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)的作用(yong)。從(cong)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)排出的高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)熱(re)蒸氣(qi)進入冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器后,將其在工作過(guo)程吸收(shou)的全部熱(re)量(liang),其中包括從(cong)蒸發(fa)(fa)器和制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)中以(yi)及在管道內所吸收(shou)的熱(re)量(liang)都傳遞給周圍介(jie)質(zhi)(水或空氣(qi))帶(dai)走;制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)熱(re)蒸氣(qi)重新凝(ning)結成液體。(根據冷(leng)(leng)卻介(jie)質(zhi)和冷(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)(shi)的不同,冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器可分為三類:水冷(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器、風冷(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器、蒸發(fa)(fa)式(shi)(shi)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器。)

(3)將冷凝(ning)調節閥電動執(zhi)行(xing)器(qi)轉到“手動”位置。
